Pour Sabla, oui malheureusement il y a beaucoup de tensions principalement entre Rza et Raekwon. Rza dit qu'il a été obligé de payer Rae de sa poche pour qu'il vienne poser des couplets pour l'album, ce que nous autres fans n'apprécions pas vraiment ! En effet Rae et Ghost ne parlent pas de l'album, vraiment décevant. Mais bon l'album est enregistré, il va sortir et c'est ça l'important !

L'album est meilleur que ce à quoi je m'attendais et je dois le reconnaître. Quant à Rae je pense qu'après 8 diagrams il parlait de faire un autre album wu sans Rza, ce que l'on n'a pas vu ! I still don't understand what this album is, it sounds very much mashed together (after a only few listens admittedly). Some nice music on here, but the rapping kills it for me. I can't listen to any of these guys (apart from maybe MK and Ghost) anymore, they're such shadows of their former selves.
It just doesn't have any of the qualities which made the group and it's individuals good in the first place or the things which appealed to me. This is a low key, sort of laid back album from a group of seemingly semi-retired rappers.... which to me is anathema to what the group's sound was about.
It's cool you guys can enjoy it for what it is. Personally though, i find middle of the road hip hop like this boring.
The only positive i can take from the album is that RZA is still making good music and i'll check out whatever he works on.
Necklace is the only track that works in any way for me....
And i know i've harped on about this before, but Raekwon is officially beat deaf - rapping word after word as if every verse is a fast paced accapella. His verses on this are fucking unlistenable to me, because he sounds like he's trying to find the beat the whole verse (listen to Crushed Egos or A Better Tomorrow for an even worse example)... To top it off, sometime before OB4CL2 he decided to stop rhyming words.... fuck Rae, i'm done checking for his music.

Been listening for 2 days now. Necklace is the best song on here with.pioneer the frontier being second best. Miracle would have been great if it weren't for one of the corniest Disney cartoon movie hooks I've ever heard. Rae really did his thing and I can see y he kept sayin he needs more money and shit gotta b done right. Not a bad album but rza should have had dark beats like pioneer, necklace and felt throughouttthe album...a lot of shit sounds more rock n roll than rap. The mcs do a good job of bringing the right lyrics together despite not actually recording and building together in the same i studio ...7/10 imho
Was with what you said til you started talking shit about Raekwon, he's probably the only member (With Ghost) who tries to make albums that are quality. My biggest issue with this record is the beats "necklace" is dope and "pioneer" after that I'm not too sure Rza is on some other shit, of course he'll go down as one of the best but post 2003 I'm really not too sure what he's trying to accomplish other than proving himself as a musician but a wu-tang album is the last place to do that, definitely going to give this another chance but my initial impression is that theirs no way this is better than 8 diagrams even making it by far their worst LPQuote:

This is dicklicker logic. Just because Rza is the brains behind the operation doesn't mean he's beyond reproach. I like Rza and I don't think Rae was completely right in this situation, but this "Fuck Rae" stuff from you guys is ridiculous. It also shows you guys can't read between the lines.Quote:
