Yes Jesus is the only son of God,because he is apart of the trinity therefore making him a direct and only son of God, but in the bible angels and humans are called sons of God to because he (God) made both of us, but Jesus was not made and therefore the title son of God is different because with Jesus it is a claim of sonship in the deity or Godship and with the angels and humans it is sonship in that we were created by God.

The us in that passge is referance to the trinity.... father, son and holy spirit, that is why God says us because there is three in the Godhead, but yet God is still one, this is what we call the trinity...So that is why God says us, not my image.
