^^^oh it is lol...if you don't think cap isn't going to be a huge player in the conclusion of this story though....
they need to blow osborn up when this is all said and done (humilate him publically and then take him off the board seemingly dead but with no body lol) and then he shouldn't be heard from for a few years lol
at that point they can start bringing back the collosal bad guys like thanos, apocalypse, magneto, etc, and have the heroes doing shit other than fighting each other or government sanctioned bad guys lol

lol kinda reminded me of one of them flicks where they recruit a bunch of misfits to save the day (mighty ducks 2, armageddon, the replacements... list goes on) but during each members entrance they have this "IM HERE BITCHES" presence.
