Yes he did i think Samsung purchased it......The plan i drew up is a sure fire way of drumming up 10's of millions for the album......Cilvaringz needs to take note yo......

Cilva, how do you handle IP rights on this project, are you taking some non-conservative route?? I presume album is heavily sample-based. Can we get some details? From an IP attorney's perspective this project is very interesting.

Patents, copyright. Never been a fan of trademarks though.

If the potential buyer won't share or publish your album(meaning he'll keep it for himself), are you willing to take the risk and just sell it without samples being officially licenced? If you actually approach to holders offering some deal, i'm sure that five mill price will be quite a burden during negotiations. Lots of trolling will occur.

I'm sure you got yourself prepared for all legal issues, and i don't really expect of you to disclose your plans publicly but i was just being curious. And ofc, i presume you got all the samples cleared. Obviously this is coming from a guy who doesn't know any of crucial details regarding this project.

Its interesting you bring that up, you're the third copyright lawyer hitting us up with that same question! But I cant speak on that just yet, but if you think about the exclusivity of this album and then think about sample clearance procedures, you'll have somewhat of an answer.
