real deal got robbed...he clearly won that shit....yeah it was boring as shit but holyfield was clearly the better fighter in this one
Berto whoops Collazo's ass.
Dawson TKOS or decisions Tarver in their rematch.
Marquez gives Diaz a boxing lesson.
Luevano defeats Juarez.
^ I think Collazo might take that fight. Tarver is the "Master of the rematch". Agree with the Marquez fight. I think Juarez wins to.
Juarez isn't in his prime anymore. Luevano seems like a promising champion. But he needs to rematch Santiago.
The WBA is going to review the holyfield fight; I hope they reverse the outcome and give him the belt
holyfield vs valuev was 1 sad fight..
but yeah holyfield deserves the belt.
if you have trouble with holyfield who at age 98 has lost about 10 steps than I say retire. with that said holyfield in his prime would beat any current heavyweight
I want to see Hopkins vs Dawson. Only big fight at Light Heavyweight. Unless Calzaghe comes back, then I would prefer Hopkins vs Calzaghe II so Bernard could knock him out.
As for Roy, I say retire.
De La Hoya should fight Chavez Jr, Trinidad, or Sergio Mora. I hate to say it, but those are his only winnable fights. A fight with Cotto, Berto, Margarito, rematch with Manny or even a third fight with Mosley would put him on a stretcher.
If Haye fights an absolute perfect match with Vitali, then he wins by UD.
However, if Haye fucks up and starts throwing heavy shots too early, he'll get his ass knocked out regardless of how fast he is compared to everyone else in the heavyweight division.
Pacquiao destroys Hatton within six. Might carry on to nine since Ricky does have a lot of heart, and Manny is too nice of a guy. Unfortunately.
And finally, Wright-Williams will be a TOUGH fight. I love Winky (no homo) but he's been out of the ring for a long time, and Paul has been very active. (fought four times this year.) But Paul hasn't had much tough fights or dealt with big adversity. Margarito, and the first fight with Quintana. That's pretty much it. With that said, I still see Williams winning by split or majority decision, but I'm cheering for Winky to pull off the upset so he can have a summer showdown with Pavlik or Abraham.
Juan Manuel Marquez? Or Juan Diaz?
Can't wait for this fight.
^Just copped my tickets for that! I'm gonna say JMM takes it...just too much experience for the Baby Bull. I'd love to see Diaz take it, though. I'm rooting for Juarez to finally get a title this time around too against John but I don't know... I have a feeling that Rocky may have already peaked after the Barrera fights. I do know that if both Rocky and Juan pull it off the roof's gonna come off that bitch!
^ u actually going to see iT??
btw Happy New year benzo!!
Im telling you...Marquez man!
Does anybody remember the undercard of teh Purnell Whitaker/ Oscar De La Hoya fights where Mickey Ward fought some other dude and didn't throw barely a punch the whole fight until one of the final rounds, and threw a rib shot, broke the guys ribs and ended the fight???
BTW..Gamboa looked good tonite.
