Does anyone know?

who sings that version of "strung out over you" in the begining of BIG GIRL on fishscale. anybody know. it's not the dramatics i got that version.
That would be "Strung Out" by William Bell & Mavis Staples. It was posted in here a little while back. It's actually the same song that Kanye West sampled for that Cam'ron song "Down And Out." If you can't find the link in here, then I'll up it for you. One Love.Quote:

Hehe, aight man :-)
Is their another version of Peter Nero's "A time for us" cause the version on the the intro of the Zu-Ninjaz' album seems a bit different?
PEACE
^yeah...there are tons of versions for that by different people. A lot of obscure artists did that too. Kinda the same thing as the Feeling Good sample....the trouble is finding the right version. The song is also known as "Romeo and Juliet (Love Theme)".
^^ For real? Romeo & Juliet? I didn't know that. Thanx man! Have you listened to the intro of the Zu-Ninjaz' album?
PEACE
^Yeah, I have that album. I haven't really looked for the sample, but I can tell you it's not versions by Nero, Mancini, Esteban, Johnny Mathis, or Percy Faith (I have a couple more I can't remember). A couple of those versions are really nice though if you're feeling the song in general.
Bronze Nazareth - Good Morning

^haha....yeah, that is kinda close. especially that middle section, but I dont think there are enough notes in there. That song goes back and forth between 2 notes. Glaciers has at least 3 maybe 4 notes over the chords. I really don't hear any other places where the chords are long enough on the tetris. Any particular section you have in mind?
