am i the only one dissappointed with ASM? man did it go to the shitter...i dont care if they make that shit monthly...make it good, im waiting for it to take a more serious approach, something dark and tragic, and meaningful...cuz right now its on teen drama mode.
ya 600 was the last good issue imo...it's had some funny bits, but it definitely needs to be more dramatic, it's like the momentum they built with american son is just completely gone...
superman secret origins #1 was surprisingly good
i got the hardcover for secret warriors (i had only read the first issue prior)...pretty intriguing stuff.
i also just got a complete run of tomorrow stories 1-12 and the specials (alan moore), spider-man blue, and jla:the nail and jla:another nail for under 30 dollars. fuck yes.

highlights..
- stan lee charged 45 bucks for item signed.. my friend said he was a dick didnt look up at all.. before stan left he almost fell down XD
- jeph loeb marked out when i gave him my x-man #1 for him to sign...
- jim lees line took damn forever because too many idiots kept asking for sketches...
- mike choi also but there wasnt as many people and i had a spiderman cosplayer behind me in line lol
i wish i had more money to spend there.. hated standing in lines and my backpack got heavy cause i had too many comics for them to sign...
picked up ultimates 3 1-4 for 50 cents each but im missing the last issue...
cosplay went from superheroes, anime, star wars, etc...
Stan Lee charged? his movie star status has reached his cerebellum.

if he did an image for me i'd be down but a john hancock suits me just fine.
i woulda asked loeb for 45 bucks for a stan lee autograph.
