Everybody knows it was a fumble but what happened was the ref called the ball dead before the San Diego player was able to grab the ball. Either way, they still had a chance to stop them and couldn't. The game overall was great though.
i realize that the ref blew the whistle, but i dont think it affected the play at all. Regardless, they whistel should have never been blown...thats the whole point.
