Have spent the day listening to this. It's fuckin amazing. For me it's easily album of the year. A lean 10 tracks (+ intro, outro and a remix) with one guest verse, in the best tradition of the old days of getting straight to the point and not filling albums with extra sub par tracks, loads of cameos and hundreds of skits.
The entire albums one big metaphoar of Candyland as real life, and this concept succeeds through some genius lyrics. The beats (all handled by Australian producers) are also top notch in that simple dusty loop, fat soul drums and a tocuh of vinyl crackle old school kind of way. Simply superb. I recommend everyone goes and buys it.

im also going to pick up the grimm album on strong reviews, im hopeful that i enjoy it more than American Hunger.
definitely homogenic. vaspertine is excellent as well. i like all of her albums except for medula.

i dont like how percee p raps so that ones a skip for me the best beat was wit aesop rock which sucks cuz aesop is annoying as shit
