If it materializes then fine, but its been something like 13 years since the album was announced. Raekwon shot a music video with Ghost months ago and that still hasn't been released either.

I'm not sure I care about a SC2 at this point. There are only a few generals I'd be excited about dropping an album... These days Ghost isn't one of them unfortunately. But if the album is previously recorded material, that would change my opinion

Upset I even started this thread.....supposed to drop February 2022 hahaha. We had that snippet from the Rae and Ghost verzuz produced by Alchemist.....but nothing since. No street singles, no music whatsoever from Ghost. He also hasn't sounded crisp on the mic in quite sometime. I'd be more excited for a proper Meth album....no more meth lab shit
I think all Ghosts recent verses have been fire. Maybe his voice changed a little but lyrically hes still the same dude.
I'm not particularly interested in any wu-releases and shout out to anyone who is. They've got enough out there and they're different (as am I) so it's not really 'the same thing' as it was before. Also, I don't think hip hop is as enjoyable if it's not a part of the wider zeitgeist of the community and post prime wu-releases aren't (hence they never get performed). Plus said zeitgeist is really fucking stupid now and I literally block anything hip hop related on social media to avoid it
If an SC2 comes out cool, but atm seeing ghost live is more exciting of an idea than a new album. I've always felt that Ghost should have a vegas residency. He fits the mold
