as i´, too lazy to actually do a full list, here´s what i can bring to the table now:

the list , kamikaze (the main contributer from the early years in here, again props to da man!) did back then...all the classic albums listed there...plus my mp3 folder..i didn´t nametagged EVERY tune in there, but most of em, and not every tune that came up in this thread is in there, but surely the main 1s.
So, if some1 will be in the mood for some work, add the tunes from my list to the main list....ur more than welcome!
I ll do some work on this issue when i got the time, lets build

And that Ice Cream sample is interesting, I always thought it was sampled from the Mister Softee theme.

This has been suggested before, but it´s not the sample. At least not to my knowledge. I tried to play around with this sample, played with the pitch, different channels etc, but its not the right sound. There should also be some guitar like sound that i cant find in this sample.

without me knowing that song was used i woulda never heard it though but like you said it wasn't that version exactly

From the album Fish Scale the song "Underwater" uses an MF DOOM sample. Whats the original sample to that song? It has a flute and a lady singing.

i've said it before, 4th has the most obscure crate. you usually give up looking for his stuff once you hear it. it always sounds very obscure.
