I previously quoted you the preamble to the Declaration of Independence. That was written by Thomas Jefferson, who was also the leading proponent of unalienable rights being inscribed into the Constitution. He was backed up by James Madison, the key figure in the writing of the Constitution while Thomas Jefferson was in Europe.
The Bill of Rights was added as a part of the Massachusetts Compromise. They wouldn't ratify it unless it was added. James Madison initially argued that a Bill of Rights was not necessary on the grounds that the Constitution enumerated powers of government - not for people, but later pressured colleagues to accept it once voters expressed the importance of it.
I will now add what I do not like. First the omission of a bill of rights providing clearly & without the aid of sophisms for freedom of religion, freedom of the press, protection against standing armies, restriction against monopolies, the eternal & unremitting force of the habeas corpus laws, and trials by jury in all matters of fact triable by the laws of the land & not by the law of Nations. To say, as mr. Wilson does, that a bill of rights was not necessary because all is reserved in the case of the general government which is not given, while in the particular ones all is given which is not reserved, might do for the Audience to whom it was addressed, but is surely a gratis dictum, opposed by strong inferences from the body of the instrument, as well as from the omission of the clause of our present confederation which had declared that in express terms. It was a hard conclusion to say because there has been no uniformity among the states as to the cases triable by jury, because some have been so incautious as to abandon this mode of trial, therefore the more prudent states shall be reduced to the same level of calamity. Now of course the Bill of Rights does not mention God or Creator in it. That would violate the very first amendment. Thomas Jefferson is quoted as saying that it does his neighbor no harm if he believes in 20 gods or no god.
But every Constitutional Scholar I ever met certainly understands that Thomas Jefferson did indeed believe in unalienable rights endowed by the Creator and was the guy close enough, persuasive enough, with enough clout to convinced James Madison to add it and gave him the rough draft of what to add. I'm building a database of all the election fraud. It's a fucking mountain of evidence. Trump actually has a really good fucking case in these states to disqualify hundreds of thousands of potential fraudulent ballots/votes, which we don't even know if they are authentic. Witnesses also reported that they were tearing signatures off the ballots and separating them out, destroying the evidence and sabotaging any chance at an audit. I'm learning a lot about the actual election laws in these states while researching.
