i was eating a lot of clonazepam a few days ago and whenever i manage to get cash in some strange way + stores often offer me five finger discount because i'm such a nice guy. i was going through some local stores yesterday or was it the day before and got me (either bought for full price or bought with five finger discount):
* Miles Davis/Gil Evans - "Porgy & Bess"
* Miles Davis - "E.S.P."
* Miles Davis - "Dark Magus"
* Miles Davis - "Agharta"
* Miles Davis/Bill Laswell - "Panthalassa: The Music of Miles 1969-1974"
i only discovered Miles music about 9 months ago and i almost gets the same feeling as when i first discovered Wu-Tang Clan years and years and years agoi get totally obsessed by usually an artist at a time (altho i listen to other artists as well but i listen obsessively to the artist until i completed the discography). this has happened to me with several artists, like the DITC crew and all their solos, KRS-One/BDP, Jay Dee and his produced albums, Pete Rock, A Tribe Called Quest, Gang Starr of course, etc.
Same here. Whenever I discovered a new artist I had to get their whole discography.
I'm not a thief though.

Yelawolf - Trunk Muzik 0-60
I'm trying to like the guy's music, but so far it hasn't worked out.
Hopefully listening to this front to back multiple times will change my mind.
But it's probably gonna take a lot of spins.
A bunch of people here keep bringing this dude's name up, so I figured it give his stuff a proper shot.
After 2 spins I can safely say that Yelawolf is dope!
I was very hesitant to give this dude props, but he is nice wit it.
Looking forward to his future on Shady Records.

^ Same here, but I wasn't sure if anyone else was gonna admit to dropping money on it.
It's pretty funny how many times they mention "Shady" when it's obvious that this was only released to fulfill contractual obligation to E1.
But they deserve it, they fucked up the entire momentum of SH signing with Shady.
Don't you download before buying? I didn't like their album and the one track I've listened to from their EP wasn't that good. I like them all as solo artists (although I feel Royce is a little overrated) but their album lacked direction - felt like a bunch of random tracks thrown together.
Nope, I don't.
Unless it's an album that I absolutely have to hear as soon as possible, or a mixtape.
