yo I seen this on another website and it's a sad day for hiphop, Guru has released some of my all time favorite songs in hiphop ever, dude can never be replaced, I don't care about the politics involving Solar and Preemo or whatnot.... fuck all that, Guru was and still 'is' that dude, his music will live forever in our hearts and through our speakers, R.I.P. to one of the best ever to do this!

It really is a shame what was written in that letter, its a shame because of the obvious history of Gangstarr, but also because people will be focused on this 'beef', wether its genuine between Guru and Prem of wether Solar made, rather than the fact that one of our most loved, most followed and most respected emcee's has passed away at such a young age. Gangstarr and Guru's Jazmatazz have brought me, and im sure everyone else such joy though the years.
So fuck that beef shit, RIP to a true legend and as upsetting as that letter may be to all us hip-hop fans, its nowhere as upsetting as the loss of a truely amazing MC.
