Say this plan works beautifully and the album generates a big sum of money. What's the breakdown? I assume the verses were paid for upfront so does it go to you, do you have to give a large % to Rza since it's being sold as a Wutang album instead of a Cilvaringz album, etc. And how much more grumpy will Ugod be knowing that he wont get a cut of this? The idea is impeccable, hands down. It's already been a huge success - and deservedly so. Simple idea, big impact, already! I've had some respect for Cilvaringz for bringing some Killa Beez to my doorstep that otherwise I might not have had a chance to see. Also, he has certainly proven his capabilities of recreating that original "Wu sound" to a degree, so I could imagine he would be able to produce an album with a timeless feel (which is absolutely essential for this kinda project to work in the long run IMHO).
I just truly hope it won't fail (i.e. leak). And then again, I also hope I will be able to listen to it repeatedly(!) one day. Obviously, I'm already sold to the idea. :-) Best thing for the Wu in many years indeed. Props!

After few days of thinkin about museum music, I came to point that let me think it ain't bad idea, but still there should be few corrects made. first of all it would be too expensive form most of the fans to give you 50$ for just one listen, price should be between 10-15 maximum 20 dollars and it is still expensive, and the other thing is that what'll be after all this? what will be the next move when it comes to album? It will be out for an auction?

RZA Says Offers Of $5 Million Coming In For The One Of A Kind Wu-Tang Clan Album

You may recall a few weeks back, the Wu-Tang Clan aiming to release a single copy of a new project. Well today their back in the news with regard to the project, as word comes down from the RZA. He spoke with Billboard recently about the project and where it stands, and he stated that “Offers came in at $2 million, somebody offered $5 million yesterday,”. He went on to add that “I’ve been getting a lot of emails: some from people I know, some from people I don’t know, and they’re also emailing other members of my organization. So far, $5 million is the biggest number,”. He then said “I don’t know how to measure it, but it gives us an idea that what we’re doing is being understood by some. And there are some good peers of mine also, who are very high-ranking in the film business and the music business, sending me a lot of good will. It’s been real positive”. The album contains 31 tracks, all of which were produced by Cilva Rings “under the tutelage” of the RZA. Stay tuned for much more on this!

Actually I don't think that an average Wu-Tang fan cares about producer as long as the music is on point.
Only the most hardcore fans really know who produced this or that, or what sample did he use.
Obviously, there are some filthy rich Wu fans who are willing to pay money for this.

great how the clan, after generally ignoring cilvaringz' existance in all media, have now hitched their wagon to his cart.
pretty much just shows how lazy they are. they haven't even gotten around to releasing their 20th anniversary album, even though it's already a year overdue, so now have to rely on cilvaringz to make them an album and come up with the marketing scheme to sell it.
