Does the tv show stick close to the comics? Could do with something new to read, I've done the same thing with game of thrones, read all the books and while I still love the show there's gonna be no shocks or twists left until the next book is out!

The scene where Rick stares at that zombie at the fence is interesting. I'm guessing Rick notices it's eyes but more importantly, it looks rather fresh and not as decomposed as the others around the same area; with the exception of those strange, bloody eyes.
Where are all the kid zombies? Or would that be too non-PC to show?
