!
You're speaking non-English!
I like the way the verse sounds, though.
It's Spanish. Thanks!
:)
nice track
mp3 anyone?
Cheers!
I will get you a link for the MP3. When I put this on my myspace I only had authorization to do that, not release the MP3 which has been done now. It should be on the radio all over the country- I know itīs on the radio in Houston already and itīs gettin very good feedback. Thanks for the comments!
yo this shit came out fire mangani!!!! u ripped it my nigga...
yo nigga top me u been in my top for like 10 mths nigga.... yo did u check 973 chamber on my page???
oh and they shoulda left ins on the track he ripped the fuck outt dat beat.
Yo I thought you were in my tops! If you not itīs cause I had to make room for the Wu and Wu Latino peeps.
They couldnīt keep Ins on the track cause itīs a Rza track, the remix was featuring me, and the verses are 24 bars, not 16... that woulda made the song like 7mins!
I`m glad you liked it though! I donīt have your number on my cell and I was trying to call you before I even sent it to the engineers to get your feedback on it but I couldnīt find your number and that shit was buggin me out! I got my studio set up nice so I can do tracks pretty quick and send out the vocals no prob, so let me know when you ready to do somethin!
That was sick...even though I don't know Spanish....on the other hand I have Brazilian hip-hop album rapping in Portuguese.....but I stick with the Brazilian jazz.
On a side note props on just less than 25k to 1 million myspace profile views.
Thanks for listening. I didn't even notice I was that close to a million! Thanks for pointing that out to me! LOL!
Dope you really flowing like liquid on this beat!!
Yo, you look like a young version Sen dog from Cypress Hill
Nice
Shit is hot Magani. I actually think this version should be the one that drops on the next Bobby Digital album.
Get out there and support Magani for his musical abilities.
I'm not all bad!
-Just cause I got mad in one forum doesn't mean I think you're "all bad"... I know this is the internet, and that topic is nowhere near as important to me as my music...
As for the song- I wish it WOULD get on that album! I am signing a release for Koch, but I don't know how far THEY'll want to go with it. Rza's management is gettin this everywhere within the next couple weeks, and I heard it in Houston on my way home from Ecuador last week!!!
I like the version P-Noid posted in the wuchamber. It has all the verses
Thanks BigBen. I've been promoting the official remix version, and Phace got at me about posting an extended version. I like it too cause INS's verses is more uptempo, and it balances it out with mine. It's also a very nice chill beat that I can listen to for 6 minutes...
Fuck, I can't speak Spanish. What the fuck are you saying.
Damn.
Someone translate please. Not knowing Spanish is weak. I'm sure the verse is dope. I have original on my page.
Here is a translation. Words in parenthesis are not part of the direct translation, but necessary to understand from Spanish:
Un saludo a todo aquel que proviene del abismo
"I salute those who come from the abyss (as in underground music)"
"Though everything we do they label it as 'gangsterism'"
"We stay on the grind, no faking (we stay humble)"
El sabio del noreste reparto confusionismo
"The wise man from the northeast (northeast Puerto Rico), I spread confusionism (a play on Confucianism)
"Look for something different and you'll find what's mine"
"Buddy, I ain't braggin it's that I'm joined by the boss (Rza)"
"I humiliate rejection and smile in the face of failure"
"Why fear what motivates? Neither have managed to stop me"
Esto yo lo descubri rebuscando mi camino
"This I discovered while trying to find my path"
Tengo muchos conocidos pero muy pocos amigos
"I have many aquaintances but very few friends"
"To avoid problems I don't (hang around with large groups)"
"Those who claim to be my boys don't even know my last name"
"Those who used to ignore me (hang on my balls) like Tarzan"
"These (cute little rappers) who finger each other's asses"
"Don't approach me with so many words, that shit is tiring"
"To the well informed very few words are necessary"
El evento mas dramatico entre la monotonia
"A most dramatic event amongst the monotony"
"Those who listen and analyze (are stunned by what they hear)"
"I'll write a guide that (reveals) my conscience"
"It's about time the industry paid it's dues"
"Give back to the streets that from which the streets came"
"Ya'll wanted (a collaboration between a Clan member) and one from Wu Tang Latino"?
"(This is what we've brought you here), (with the official seal)"
"With the print (as in footprint) that stays behind wherever we've been"
I know the English translation doesn't sound as good, but it makes more sense in Spanish...
regardless... your tapestry as an artist is deep no matter what language it is... i definitely think that shit is fuckin fire Mangani u get props for fuckin destroying the track... i really dont think it coulda been done better by anyone else on wu-latino and im glad badu picked you... cause you're deep and real from the heart....my next question is ... when is the fuckin solo album droppin cause i gotta get that shit... hopefully it wont be a digital release and i can get it in stores!! wassup wit our track u done yet? PUŅETA!!!!!
-If you want Mangani's CD to drop any time soon you gotta get at Ray from Wu Latino because he thinks there are more important artists on the label. He says he is trying to hook me up with Wu Tang as an artist in development on the one hand, and in the other he's saying he owes Rameses a chance to shine first. So let the fans decide...
Thanks for the props bro! It's much appreciated!
Oh, I wrote the verse a long time ago. I haven't recorded it cause I didn't have anyone to mix the vocals. I think I'll have Puhbarrio do it...
thas wassup... well i just got off the phone wit Ray, i'll call you tomorrow (seriously).
I love this track, it's seriously banging. Flow is so, so, sick. I'm learnin' Spanish as I said in the other thread so hopefully when I learn a bit more I will understand more of the track.
Yo it's hell of a track............
This is first time I am listenin to any of wu-latino projects, and all I can say it is dope as hell.......
Flow is so fuckin sick..............
I dunno spanish, so I can't rate lyrics, but I felt rhyming and I liked it.........
So, for the first time, I am very very pleased with this track, and tho' I have seen some bad comments on wu-latino, all I can say is that they r wrong, and that this is very dope style of hip-hop, so I will now try to get as many as I can ur track, and see if I can get ur album/s (dunno how many have u released), but I am really pleased with this...
Peace............................
-suuuuuuuuuuuu///
it's not bad....but not dope shit..... it's just a spanish track....algo promedio, nada para morirse.
any click of my city eats alive this cat
Man, i was too hard on my critic, but i'm adapted to a more complex use of the spanish... that's all, i listened your tracks and it's good, but basic
Where from Chile, only underground shit...... and there's a lot of sick ass rappaz around here... if you like i'll send you some space to check it
see ya
I'll listen to it, but I gotta say- you are the first person that has ever criticized me as "basic"... I usually get complaints that people can't understand what I'm saying because of the grammar, metaphors, etc. I don't think you understand half of what I'm saying because I'm using Puerto Rican vernacular. I've been to South America and heard plenty of underground rappers and yes- their Spanish is better, but their raps are not good. Using big words is good only if you make sense and don't compromise the poetic integrity of what you're saying.
Yeah man, i understand it, it's a li'l bit difficult because some puerto rican terms, but finally i can undertand that. The track is good, but i like tracks who are more complex in the use of the words. How do you say, para gustos estan los colores.
dope dope shit
mp3 please
wu latino fo eva
