sounds like they may have heard rae's album already......and seem excited for it....hope supreme clientele does drop this yr.....we'll see

rlly starting 2 anticipate detox 2 now...with a lot of artists basically suckin off all the tracks they have heard from the album (Busta, Snoop, Stat Quo, etc.)

If that one track Bronze produced for Rae is an indiciation of how Shaolin vs Wu-Tang will sound, it's going to be a heat rock!
I dunno about Detox though. Not crazy about "Kush," and 10 yrs of anticipation doesn't really help at this point

/\ Its an indication of the 'Wu-Tang' half of the album anyway. The entire LP wont sound like Butter Knives. 'Shaolin' side will most likely be the more glossy side with cleaner production and more commercial guest spots (Ross, Banks, Jones)

it's not GZA's flow it's his delivery that is boring. his rhymes fall in the right place and timing of the beat, so his flow is good. but his delivery, or charisma, which includes pronunciation, tone, emotion, etc... is the department where he lacks at. he sounds like he's bored, which makes him sound boring.

but hey, his lyrics are impeccable if you can get past the weak delivery... or you could just get your mind conditioned to it and appreciate a delivery like that

Even though it was recorded almost 5 years ago, he sounds incredible over We Will Rob You though, and sounded energized on Purified Thoughts.

GZA sounds he like doesn't even rap to the beat anymore.

Just a bunch of wordy couplets.

Yeah, GZA was never Mr. Shouty on a record, but at least he used to rhyme with conviction. Now he raps like he's being punched in the stomach.
