Scarface new album is finally here, his first official solo album in 7 years and it's BANGING!! Scarface is to me top 5 dead or alive when looking at criterias like storytelling ability, flow, voice, catalouge, consistency, etc., and this album is up there with all his other great shit. definitely check this one out, one of the best of the year, no doubt!

How come Scarface's No Problem and The Exit Plan songs aren't on the album? He had videos for those last year. I like those songs.

No problem is right there, track #14, and like hotnikks said The Exit Plan is a bonus track.


Album is phenomenal. I don't think any other rapper from the early 90s have aged as well as Scarface when it comes to rapping. He stays in his lane without becoming super repetitive. His content is more mature without becoming preachy or lame. His delivery is as good as ever and his voice is among the strongest in the game. I don't care how long he takes making music as long as he keeps the quality as good as he does.

i recommend all of you to read Scarface's "Diary Of A Madman", the biography he released earlier this year. i read it in a day, couldn't put it down!

I'd rather hear a Willie D new album because Willie D always makes me laugh and he has hard beats. That's why he's my favorite rapper in the Geto Boys.

I was listening to Scarface's The Fix album and I listened to I Ain't Tha One collabo with WC. WC made me laugh when he said take dick and suck it hahahahahahahahahaha. Fuck it bitch LOL. My dad has The Dramatics Shake It Well album that has That Heaven Kind Of Feeling. RIP to the Dramatics members Ron Banks, Lenny Mayes and William Howard. I met their lead singer L.J. Reynolds son at a cookout at the park in Detroit in 2001 and he's dating my cousin. He looks just like L.J. The Dramatics are from Detroit and I got relatives there.

I see r&b singer Avant is on Scarface's album. Avant is from my hometown Cleveland. I also see he has singer John Legend on the album hahahahaha. What record label is this album on? It trips me out that the Geto Boys can't release a album because they don't have a record deal. They're depending on their fans to raise money on Kickstarter so they can do a album hahahahahahahahahahahaha. It's no excuse for them to be as old as they are and to be in rap music for so long and they don't have their own record companies so they can release albums. Willie D did have his own record label called Relentless 12 years ago because Unbreakable album came out on that record label. I guess it went outta business. Geto Boys should do a new album on the record label that released Scarface's new album.

This album is fuckin incredible.

I know i am in the minority here, but i didnt really like The Fix, bar a few songs like (the classic) My Block, it just came across to me as a bit over produced and a bit too 'nice' and 'sweet' sounding with some of the VERY accessible beats and the overdone hooks.

But this seems to be the correct balance. Yes there is a lot of singing, and yes its pretty accessible stuff but it is not overdone, the beats are toned down a little to be a bit more smooth and gospel like, plus there are a few harder sounding tracks in there too. And Scarface is just at the top of his game. THIS is how a rapper should age. I am still aborbing what he is saying but his voice and flow are just ON POINT.

Third time in a row listening to it. First album from this year that is dope from the first listen.

I like this album, but to me the overabundance of sangin hooks holds it back from greatness. Hooks hold a song together and a lot of these detracted from the track as a whole. Still a rilly, rilly good album, Face is spitting, and him and Z-Ro collaborating is as usual heavenly.

Sidenote: Nas's verse was pretty damn weak, wasn't it.

That Geto Boys album they were gonna do was cancelled. idk why but in a interview Scarface just straight up said that it wasnt gonna happen

I saw him on Vlad tv recently and he said he's never gonna do another Geto Boys album which I thought was strange but whatever. Maybe he feels they've gotten too old to do anymore group albums and if that's the way he feels, I'm ok with that. Willie D is 49 years old and Scarface is 44. I don't know how old Bushwick Bill is but I'm guessing he's in his 40's even though he looks like he's in his 20's because he's a midget hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

They are still better than a lot of younger rappers, so I don't think their ages are a hindrance. The album was cancelled cause they didn't get enough funding from people to make it happen. Why do they need to fund an album from fans anyway?
