Had to look it up. Genius.com says 'sannie' means either coke or her own body. Genius also quotes an interview with her about the song Rame posted. She says 'sannie' in the context of that song 'doing her thing (= rapping) and making money with it'
In that other song with 'sannie' in the title it means drugs (prob coke)
