Scott Thompson, the actor in the shot being called Fag, wrote the skit and is actually gay. He wrote a lot of shots about his homosexuality as a way to poke fun of homophobia, considering this was the 80s/90s this was very bold thing to do on TV. The reunion season in now on Prime. Haven't watched yet. But the reviews are all solid.
