Are There Any Classic Songs/Producers That Don't Use Samples?

It seems that almost every famous producer or almost every famous Hip-Hop song utilizes a sample. Are there any famous Hip-Hop producers that don't usually make sample-based beat? Or any really famous tracks that are made from scratch?

I think it's a big difference. I'd say about all the famous producers I know use samples. I can't even think of classic producer that doesn't rely on samples.

everyone in music 'borrows' from other music
hip hop is just the style, its all about samples
only cats i can think of are: Neptunes, Timbaland, Swizz Beatz
and they dont usually use samples, but they do occasionally

I prefer sample based production than that new age synthesized shit, some of it is ok but I don't feel 90% of it.

Almost all Timbaland, try Put You on the Game by The Game. Alot of newer Dr. Dre. Try most of the Chronic 2001 (Forgot About Dre, Still DRE, etc.)

Dr. Dre - hasnt used samples since he made like 98-99
Swizz Beatz - i cant remember ever using a sample
DJ Paul & Juicy J - Rarely use samples

To be honst, i kinda miss DRE usin samples cuz he brought a nice sound that just aint the same without the samples

What the fuck does Original Samples mean? If its original music then it is not a sample. Thats makes no sense.

I think most producers now adays use samples coz they lazy or they cant
make good music on they own.

Thats where hip hop is just now.. I know alot of these fake ass producers
like to take samples from other music like Techno and jungle and then put a hip hop beat over it.. so every one calles it hip hop. (Shit aint correct)

im pretty sure alot of Prince Paul stuff is made without samples, like a fair bit of the stuff he did for De La. may be wrong though.
