yea, my school published a few of my poems, and i got some money off it

Okay, I recently was asked by my uncle who works for a TV network to write an episode for a TV show cos they don't have enough episodes to fill the schedule, my question is how do you stop yourself sitting on your ass watching TV and generally being a slob and actually write something.
I don't, i write while i eat, watch TV, and/or Jerk Off, you gotta be crafty...and if u are enuff u cood creatively incorporate all of the above in ur writing.

I've been writing for awhile now.
Nothing serious, I mean, I wrote like, a 600 page thing about a soldier in WW2, but I never did anything with it.
I started doing a journal, and I'm writing some pretty deep shit.
Any ideas as to how to help my thoughts flow more clearly from my skull to my pencil?
I have taken to writing short stories. I finished my first the other day. its been cool crafting a storyline of characters. but I find it hard to stay focused and keep it all tied together while expanding out. especially with the endings
you think of an ending first then build backwards? or just let it flow out and see what happens?
