seriously, you dont know shit. its not like im a jayz stan, but i can recognise he IS the God M.C, and is one of the greatest to ever do it. hes one of the only MCs who can still truly rip a mic.

Bp2 was aight but overbloated like most double albums disc 2 was the hottest part of that album

Reasonable Doubt is an all-time classic, damn near every track is 5/5, BP1 was definitely above average, but nothing else he ever did really impressed me. He's got unparalleled flow and great voice/delivery on the mic, but outside of RD there was never a time i was looking forward to getting home to listen to.

i enjoy listening to One.Be.Lo more than Jay... on average.. but all time im not sure One made a contribution to hip-hop like Jigga did with RD..

it ain't blind hate, I've heard all jay's shit and never had a big problem with homie, but he lost me around 04, 05 when he started making radio friendly soft rap and ppl started callin him the king of NY and now he's the king of hip-hop. I take exception to that bullshit, and I don't think hip-hop needs a king. it needs all the radio fans, hip-hop's cancer, to move on to the next trend and leave the shit alone.
