um ok....why not just put ur hands behind ur back?
obvious ur not gonna win
and thanks for proving police brutality isnt just white on black...darkies betta know the truth already
Basically if you live in the city don't do anything questionable. Then the police won't have to prevent you from causing a public disturbance by shooting you in the leg and beating you with a metal baton.
Wasn't that obvious?
Problem solved.

Police in Pasco, Wash., shot and killed Antonio Zambrano-Montes, a 35-year-old orchard worker, after he allegedly threw rocks at police and then tried to run away. Hundreds of people are expected by organizers at a rally this weekend, some hoping it’ll be the largest rally in the tri-city area’s history, in part because thirty seconds of the incident, showing cops trying to use a stun gun and then shooting Zambrano, were caught on video:
jesus, talk about excessive force
Wow he turned around with hands up. And they unloaded on him. Yeah he threw 1 rock but whats the official police story? He has more rocks in his pocket so we were scared for our life? How the fuck is this acceptable?
Growing up my friends and i threw rocks, apples, washers and marbles at each other. No one went and got "dad's gun" to settle the score
That reminded me of when i was a kid and we were playing guns, when someone got the drop on you and then you called Time Out real quick and they were like yeah right, no Time Out's faggit, so then you tried to raise your forcefield before they unloaded with their lazer beams and yeah, your ass got killed and had to count to 30 with your eyes closed before you could respawn
People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw rocks
Given recent events this should be stickied!! Police brutality is currently running wild in the land of freedom.
yo pigs over your sides of things is really taking the piss, there sick in the head punks, sick puddycats wit power, i thought pigs over here were bad, there really taking the piss in the US, savages

New Jersey Cops Tried Confiscating Cameras After Mauling Man to Death With Police Dog

New Jersey cops killed a man by mauling him with a dog before one cop turned to witnesses who were recording and demanded their phones.
But it doesn’t appear as if the Vineland cop succeeded in obtaining the phones because so far, two videos ended up published in local news sites, including one posted below in the news report as well as this much grainier video.
However, the footage from both videos cuts out after the cop demands the footage and the various news reports make no mention of what actually took place afterwards.
But from the footage that has been posted at this time, we can see that the cops were ordering 32-year-old Philip White to roll over as he lay on his back, his hands covering his face, trying to protect himself from a police dog biting away at his head and face.
At one point, a cop can be heard saying, he tried to grab my gun,” but there is no indication in the videos that White did try to grab the cop’s gun.
Also, cops claiming suspects tried grabbing their guns as they are beating them is almost as common as cops yelling “stop resisting” as they are beating a non-resisting person.
It’s become such a cop cliche that it’s difficult to believe unless we have video evidence confirming it to be true.
According to NBC Philadelphia:
“They punched him, stomped him, kicked him and then they let the dog out of the car,” said Ricardo Garcia. “The dog bit him on his face and around his body. There’s no call for that. Once a man is handcuffed and unconscious, you should have stuck him in the patrol car and take him to the police station. Instead they decided to beat him right here.”
Another witness, Luis Martinez, also insisted White wasn’t doing anything wrong and that the officers used excessive force.
“The other cop let the dog out and they just kept punching him and the dog kept biting him at the same time,” Martinez said. “He was on the floor. Like, he was knocked out.”
A dog is heard barking on a police dispatch recording of the incident.
“118 West Grape,” the dispatcher says in the recording. “Subject…hyperventilating. Officers out.”
An officer is also heard on the recording.
“Slow all units down,” the officer says. “Subject under…tried disarming me…tried to grab my gun.”
But police insist that White remained “combative” throughout the whole altercation and was so aggressive that one cop suffered a “serious shoulder injury.”
But no cops in the video appear to be suffering any injury of any kind.
The name of the cop who tried to confiscate the phones has not been released, but one commenter in one of the articles says his name is “Officer Traveline,” claiming he falsified reports against her in the past.
The incident took place Tuesday after police responded to a call of a disorderly person. One witness said that when police confronted him, White threw a roundhouse kick, but missed the officer.
That, of course, gave the officers the license to kill him.
Some cops in America are terrible but most of them are good. A lot of the black men that they arrest deserve to be treated the way they do. If ignorant black men wouldn't put themselves in these situations for the cops to bother them, the cops wouldn't bother them. It amazes me how much hate I get from black men on Youtube because I've posted several comments about I don't hate the cops and I'm black. I haven't been bothered often by the cops and when they do bother me, it's my fault. I've gotten several speeding tickets in the past and that was my fault. I got pulled over by them twice in the hood and that was my fault. One time when I was in the hood, they made me get out the car and searched my car but they couldn't find any drugs or guns. The cops have a tough job to do especially in black neighborhoods and I'm glad that they lock up bad black men to try and make black neighborhoods safe for the good blacks. Charles Barkley said if it wasn't for the cops, black neighborhoods would be like the wild wild west hahahahahahahahahaha. He's right.
what were you up to in the hood? looking for white BBW's?
Yeah I was looking for prostitutes hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
A new $4.5 million federal lawsuit accuses the city of Orlando of tacitly and repeatedly allowing its police officers to violate the civil rights of criminal suspects.
It was filed on behalf of 56-year-old June Walker Scott, who suffered a broken leg when an Orlando police officer handcuffed her and forced her to the ground following a domestic dispute, the suit alleges.
On May 25 Scott had run from an apartment near Colonial Drive and Orange Blossom Trail to get away from her ex-husband, who was threatening to strangle her, according to the suit.
Officer Ossie Battle and Officer Michael Fiorentino-Tyburski pulled up in separate cars, the suit alleges, and saw Scott walking away. Fiorentino-Tyburski ordered her to stop at gunpoint, the suit alleges, and she did, although she complained about it.
Battle then put her in handcuffs, and when she kept complaining, "bodily threw" her to the pavement, breaking her left leg, according to the suit.
Scott is 5-foot-4, 110-pounds, according to the suit, already had her hands locked in cuffs behind her back and "posed no conceivable threat" to the officers when Battle took her to the ground.
In his arrest report, Fiorentino-Tyburski gave a different version of events. Scott's ex-husband had called for help, according to the report, alleging that during an argument Scott had grabbed a butcher knife and was threatening him with it.
Scott had dropped the knife before she came in contact with the officers, everyone agrees. But according to the police report, once Battle tried to control Scott, she "continued to yell belligerently and tried to pull away … Officer Battle was able to place June Scott in handcuffs and directed her to the ground."
Police spokeswoman Sgt. Wanda Ford said the department has not completed an internal affairs investigation into the arrest.
The suit names Battle and Fiorentino-Tyburski, whom it accuses of excessive force and violating Scott's Fourth Amendment rights.
But it levels its most damning allegations against the city, which it accuses of routinely turning a blind eye to police officers who use excessive force.
According to the suit, the city has paid $3.3 million since 2012 to people who have accused officers of excessive force.
"There is an obvious need for the City of Orlando to train all its law enforcement officers … to avoid excessive use of force incidents," the suit states. "The City of Orlando's unwritten official policy … appears to be, 'We won't do anything about federal civil rights violations unless the media or a lawsuit makes us.' "
The Police Department has been the target of high profile excessive force complaints in recent months. Currently three Orlando officers and a former officer are awaiting trial on criminal charges related to excessive force.
Officer David Johnston is accused of firing an assault rifle 23 times at a suspect in a vehicle that was no longer a danger to other officers.
Officer Phillip Fugate is charged with twice hitting a suspect during an arrest.
A video shows Officer William Escobar punching and kicking a former military police officer who was on the ground.
And Officer Peter Delio is charged with felony battery, accused of kneeing a jailed inmate so hard that it ruptured the man's spleen.
Johnston, Fugate and Delio are on paid leave. Escobar was fired a month after his arrest.
In an interview with the Orlando Sentinel two weeks ago, Police Chief John Mina said his agency is working to curb the use of excessive force by increased training, use of body cameras, focusing on officers who more frequently use force and having some cases investigated by an outside agency.
Scott, the woman who filed the new suit, has a long arrest record, and court records indicate she has a history of drug and alcohol abuse and domestic violence.
She was arrested, accused of aggravated assault the night she alleges Battle broke her leg, but prosecutors dropped the case.
The suit seeks $1.5 million in compensatory damages and $3 million in punitive damages.

South Carolina Officer Is Charged With Murder in Black Man’s Death
http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/08/us...ans-death.html
Charged with murder, but the charges could be reduced. Yes, I'm skeptical that this pig would get the death sentence for murking a black man.
Nah he tampered with the crime scene by adding evidence. That guy is finished.

Here's A News Report We'd Be Reading If Walter Scott's Killing Wasn't On Video

Eliot Ness burned down a shanty town in the 30's in Cleveland because he thought that's where the Torso killer was from.
Cops and robbers. You need bad guys wearing badges to catch the bad guys though.
Don't think for a second you don't.
But these dudes are killing people over nothing. Or at the most petty crimes.
They feel like they are untouchable. That their authority is final or they can shoot you.
That mentality is a problem.
Whatever happened to taking someone to the basement of the precinct and giving them Some bruised ribs?

Nothin wrong wit a beat down.
You get outta line you get smacked.
The Walter Scott case is indeed terrible. If Scott wouldn't have ran and if he would've faced his punishment like a man, then he'd be alive....in jail.
Let's be perfectly honest, cops already see black men as a threat because of the following:
1.) Black men are one of the most populated races in prison.2.) The way the stereotypical black man displays himself (some prove the stereotypes right).
3.) Look at our neighborhoods. For example, Chiraq, Compton, Baltimore, Detroit, Philly, DC, Charleston, etc....
When you do something ignorant like Walter Scott, most cops have already made up their mind that you are a criminal. I've always been told to NEVER give cops a reason to shoot you. When you get pulled over, ALWAYS keep you're hands on steering wheel. Even if the cop is being a dick or being a racist, keep calm and don't give them a reason to shoot you! There is already a statistic proving that where the majority of black people live, the neighborhoods are full of violence compared to any other race. So when you're a cop in those neighborhoods, your mind is already set.
Every black man is a criminal to you. They are guilty in those cops eyes because we as black men we enforce those darn stereotypes. What do you think when a cop patrols a neighborhood and see a black men sagging or in groups? He/she is going to say, "Hmm. What're they up too!" He/she has already decided that you are a thug and your life should come to a complete end!
Even if you're well educated, decent income, nice car, very articulate, well mannered, etc. To them, it doesn't matter because to cops, whites, blacks, Mexicans, Asians, or Indians, you're a black man. YOU ARE A VIOLENT THREAT, PERIOD! Don't give them a reason to shoot you because, again, their mind has already been made up.
I was looking at the front page of reddit news other day, and nearly every headline was about police brutality or misconduct in the US.
There is something seriously deranged and alarming going on here.
Not that it's really surprising eventually a generation of insecure, ritalin-fed, emasculated men who were raised on extreme energy drinks and violent media would be given guns and badges one day.
I completely understand what you're saying. If I were Walter Scott, I just would've stayed in the car. Again, don't give them a reason to shoot you.
Where'd Scott think he was going? Seriously, you can't run from your problems, especially the law. You will eventually be caught. Scott didn't think it through.
Well you can also stay in the car and ask them to respect your rights, but if they got the urge to tase...they are gonna tase the shit out of you. Not even caucasian, suburbanite, minors are off limits in 2015 lol.
^I would've just done everything but then again, pigs will be pigs. Planting evidence and stuff. Their word over mine. I do not trust them.
