I thought I'd start out with some of the early tracks
^^ from their debut 'The piper at the gates of dawn' (1967)
^^ as an SF enthusiast I always thought this was a great song title. good song too! from their album 'Ummagumma' (1969)
I only have a few of their albums. the ones mentioned above I don't have

The college I attended years ago had a planetarium and they would put on laser light shows. They had one for Pink Floyds The Wall album. I remember getting totally blazed and watching it. That album will always be dear to me.

I dl'ed the discovery editions of dsotm, wywh, n the wall, not long ago. I heard about them years ago when they were coming out but then forgot. They're pretty rad. The wall comes with like a full demo of the original album. Dsotm comes with a live version n an early studio version. But the highlight for me was def the wywh here, which has a bunch of demos n early live performances on it, the top highlights for me by far being the early live performances of raving n drooling n u've got to be crazy, which were later developed into sheep n dogs for the animals album. Priceless.

The Hound
I didn't know about the discovery editions but I'm going to hoist the jolly roger and go on the hunt. A light show listening to PF would be great, I've been considering buying one of those cheap light show things to put in my living room and take tabs while listening to music lmao
Love this song
