RZA as Bobby Digital In Stereo (Vinyl Me, Please Edition)...

Has anyone else copped this?

It was the Hip-Hop record of the month at Vinyl Me Please for December.

My copy arrived just before Xmas, but only just had a chance to open it today. I gotta say, the package is beautiful! Pressed on "Mantis Green" vinyl! Great sounding pressing too.

I still prefer the Japanese version of the album though... feels so much more cohesive without all of those Slow Grind skits.

I got the album cover in a frame in my hallway. I got all my favorite albums in frames.

My bitch hates the Lil Kim Hardcore one

chea I got this in the mail a couple weeks ago, the record itself is even more gorgeous in person. Been wanting this on vinyl for a while

Nice, the artwork deserves to be seen bigger. This needs to be properly printed. Maybe even by the original artist so they get some money.

Recently, I got a FLAC copy of the Japanese version of In Stereo. The flow of that album is really different. And after 20 years of the international version, I'm used to the skits. So it is just weird to hear it without.

I much prefer the Japanese version without the skits... they always seemed to mess up the flow of the album for me.

Only thing I don't like about the Japanese version is they cut of 'Handwriting On The Wall' and 'My Lovin' Is Digi'


Bit strange having that 11 minute freestyle slapped in the middle of the album too! haha.

Honestly, I knew that freestyle was on there. But I was expecting it to be like a bonus track. Something they often do with Japanese releases. Slap something special on at the end. This though, is something on par with the Canadian version of Supreme Clientele. Only it does not make sense to put an 11 minute freestyle in the middle of the fucking cd. It is a freestyle for fucks sake. Maybe it makes sense if this was vinyl, and it was the end of a side. Still. :/

Does remind me of the time they put Nature Shines on the Japanese I Am. That track was also put in the middle, but was a 10th of the length of this freestyle. More an intermission/skit, than a complete side B.

Coloured vinyl is so wack to me and they always seem to sound garbage, I’m glad I have an OG pressing.
