tbh I never checked out any of the RnB releases - are any of them worth a listen if you are just a rap fan?

the thing with Ma$e's second album is that, to my ears, he sounded very unhappy with a retread of the first album's direction. he also comes across as unhappy in general, point blank. I wasn't surprised when he left hiphop

Harlem World should be way higher up that list

Loon is not on the list (dropped his debut in 2003). gave that album another listen today after going through the list. the album still sucks donkey balls

So, Biggies two albums would be one and two. Life story, Money/power/respect, Harlem World, Criag Mack deserve honorable mention.

I have listened to the R&B releases. Total and 112 stand out as the better output.

It looks like a really subjective order. I thought most would agree Ready To Die is the best album they released.

The R&B albums are all good but if you only like rap then why bother? A 20 second Mase verse on a 50 minute album is not going to get you off.

No Way Out is up there. Encapsulated the whole era.
