Why can't I Upload and avatar?

It keeps giving me "upload of file failed" ive tried doing it both from my comp and copying it from the site, and the pic is under the limit


EDIT: haha never mind its there i dont know why it gave me the error msg....

It's because you don't have enuff neg rep. U only have one red bar.

If you'll try hard enuff, u can have a bigger picture with the next bar.
