This was a solid debut but I agree with you in Kiss of Death being better (but still not a classic).
Personally I think this is a classic. I like that you've basically got one of every style of Hip Hop here, epic beats, it keeps things interesting.
Jada was killing everything and so were the guests.
I like both albums. I give a slight edge to kiss the game goodbye. The hot sauce track and one with Mariah Carey on kiss pf death are substandard, IMO.
I actually liked U Make Me Wanna. Scott Storch was on fire during this period..
