a good few years back I stopped fapping for I don't know maybe 6 months or so just to see if it made any difference at all and truth be told, no difference in stress or energy levels so I happily returned to porn
for me personally it doesn't seem to make a difference. at the end of the day or whenever I feel the urge I like watching some porn and spending some quality time with myself. works well for me
btw I recently read a long newspaper report on how the nofap community has been partly hijacked by altright. seems like altright is all about NOFAP and TRADWIFE (traditional stay at home wife)

lol, yeah having a countdown clock on the internet on not nutting is pretty fruity. Like I said earlier, for me it just kinda happened so there was no dramatic countdowns and reddit posts. Wouldn't have chose the life, THE LIFE CHOSE ME. Most of what ppl cite as a benefit is very true and it kinda makes you realize you had been missing out by doing it. It's way easier for me because of my living situation than a regular single dude of course. Not being single is probably the main reason it's even possible but yeah, you're in the gym more, you're more focused and more motivated.Quote:

I tried nofap for two weeks, but it's too dangerous for me. I thought it would help me focus on important things, but instead it makes me not able to think of anything but fucking ugly bitches.
