Great group. I'd say they're Soul more than Funk. I don't know if there is anybody really making funk records these days.
Saw them in D.C. last weekend at the Pearl Street Warehouse. Awesome band. One of the band members was selling records.
Lee Fields came down after the show and was signing records.
Cool venue and audience. Beer is pricey but good. Tickets were priced fair (not overpriced). Had a great time.
