Wonder years reboot

Good idea. Wish they picked a different decade. 1960s Alabama black family. We have seen this story before. Going to get preachy.

I'm very interested in seeing this.

Our Christian holiday camp priest (free holidays paid for by the church and the health care system) in Switzerland based some of his campfire sermons on Wonder Years. How crazy is that.

I have seen a few episodes. It is disappointing honestly. We need to get out of the routine of rebooting everything.

does the new version have more social criticism about that era or is it just the nostalgia trip and only that?

I don't even remember. The few times I tuned in, I lost interest quickly. I don't see this getting another season.
