At some point they'll figure out how to manipulate the whole human genome. Any age you want, any sex you want, any attribute you want...
As it is, life expectancy is set to rise about a decade before the century ends but I think that's conservative cos it's just based on the progress of the last century. Who knows what a pool of 8 billion people can invent.

I hope they cure a lot of aging problems in the next 40-50 years, so that it doesn't suck as much when I'm old. It won't stop there though.
Somebody will figure it out. Once we get to that point science will also be manipulating human intelligence which could have a more dramatic impact than immortality.
