Hi Mods!
I was wondering how long it takes for someone new like me to be enabled to start giving rep to good posts.
From the FAQ section :
'To give reputation, click on the reputation icon in the relevant post. This will reveal a form to complete with the reputation type and the reason for giving the reputation.'
As tends to be the story of my life nothing is revealed to me ;) when clicking on the icon.
