Miya Ponsetto has a rap sheet. She was arrested twice last year (2020) and is being sued for unpaid rent (Pre COVID-19). The media outlets won't release her name but social media got a hold of it. (news outlets don't want to be sued and Miya getting cancelled) She's a fugitive in the state of NY. She been seen at a McDonald's in FL on New Year's Day without a care in the world saying "I'm Puerto Rican". In other words, yes, I falsely accused a black kid of stealing my phone and then attacked him and his father who is a Grammy Award winning Jazz Artist. Since I'm Puerto Rican and a woman, nothing should happen to me. Prior to all of this, she stated that she's white. As I said before, it's easier to hide who you are rather than embrace who you are. Cowards survive.
Either way, people are/will be looking out for her. That hotel manager saw this and caped.

I don't think charges will be brought against her. She's famous now. I won't be surprised if she gets an modelling contract in the near future or starts an OnlyFans page.
