Adding poll to Cappa review thread

Hi Mods,

Could you add a poll with the usual choices for the Cappadonna 'Hook off' review thread I started in the review subsection? I forgot to do it when creating the first post and when I now edit it I don't see the 'create a poll' option anymore.
