did not appreciate the twist... i feel duped
for being that long they could have brought one more action scene in...
the suits at the end were cool, but i feel could have been used a bit more.
as for Marvel for this year, i think wolverine or thor will be the one people talk about more, because of the quality...
anyone know why jon favreau didnt direct this movie?
Just saw it, I enjoyed it and it was certainly entertaining. I still think IM2>IM1>IM3.
For me it was too comedic at times were it didn't needed to be. I liked the plan of the main villain, but certainly didn't like the twist because of the character they were using. By doing that it lost the connection I thought the movie had with the first film.
That villain twist ruined such a potentially great movie for me..I enjoyed it tho but I can't understand why they would do that shit..smh
i fell asleep. literally fell asleep.
U right about that, it takes balls to pull a huge move like that, considering the history of the character and why fans wanted to see this flick in the first place..once word of mouth goes around about this dismal failure(imo)..sales will plummet hard smh...marvel fan boys won't be having it ..myself Included, I feel cheated

man.......this movie was DOPE!
ballsy move by the studio to go with a story driven action comedy where stark is maybe in his armor for 20 minutes, but it worked really well for me.
and since i never gave a fuck about the mandarin, i really liked what they did with him.
plus the movie is actually funny.
all in all its a great piece of character development for tony stark after avengers. much more entertaining than nolan's 3rd batman mess.
and if they lose downey as stark then just kill movie iron man off for a while cause you damn sure aint gonna be able to replace him anytime soon.
U didn't get the feeling they jacked nolans realistic approach in this movie? Come on fam..these flick stinks of Nolan isms all over it..plus some of the im3 storyline just stunk of batman adaptations to me
extremis is one of the few iron man story lines im kinda familiar with, and this movie pretty much stayed true to it (with the aception of the mandarin shit).
and DKR was just drawn out & it didnt feel like batman was being .......well........batman at all.
this was funny and i really liked the direction.
i can understand if you want more iron man in the suit, i get that.
and this film should be called iron man 3: tony stark.
but i enjoyed the shit out of it.
