    Default "Nineteen-Ninenty-NOW" (c7 Promo) + new interview (!!)

in anticipation of the upcoming Buckwild produced Celph Titled album "Nineteen-Ninetenty-NOW" dropping next month i put together a little promo for the album for my iPod that i might as well share with y'all. it's the two leaks, the B-side and the recently released "Buck's Four Course Meal" (celph ripping four classic Buckwild beats from the '90s). if you have slept on this this will be a perfect introduction/teaser for the LP that i hope y'all will support. it's tagged properly for your iPods:

    BUCKWILD & CELPH TITLED - "19-9-NOW" (Promo)
    01. "Step Correctly"
    02. "Buck's Four Course Meal"
    03. "Nothing to Say" (Ft. Rise)
    04. "Styles Ain't Raw" (Ft. Chino XL & Apathy)

    Buck/Celph interview @ HipHopDX.com

    some highlights
Celph Titled: As a fan, if other producers from that time dug up some treats like Buck did I would love to hear it too. I hope people do go and try it out.

DX: Was it hard to pick the tracks for the album as you have a serious catalog of music Buck?

Celph Titled: Yeah, the album has 15 songs and one of the songs has three beats on it, so that’s 18 right there and then there’s six to seven interludes where we had a beat playing. There’s 25 tracks you get to hear and that is probably only half, but we got to pick the best of the best and the ones that stood out the most.

that interview was fucking great, very in depth and it made me realize that both Celph and Buckwild put alot of effort into this project. i took the time and really listened to that 4 track playlist i posted above on the train ride today and this shit sounds like it could be the best album of the year. Buckwild in the '90s was one of the best producers, hands down, and these tracks definitely don't sound like no throw-away bullshit. can't wait!! i'ma pick this up on the day of release but i'ma bump it as soon as it leaks.
