It looks like the actor, who recently had his cameo in The Hangover 3 axed, may have bagged an even bigger guest appearance in the new Batman film.
Neeson was seen shooting a scene for the new movie on Monday, according to Variety.
The star is rumoured to be starring once again as Ra’s al Ghul, Bruce Wayne’s mentor and nemesis, even though he appeared to die at the end of Batman Begins.
The 2005 film was the first part of director Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy.
Warner Bros refused to comment when contacted by website Hit Fix saying it was 'simply not policy when it comes to the Batman films that [Christopher] Nolan and company make.'
The Social Network star Josh Pence has already been confirmed to take the role of a young Ra’s al Ghul, while Marion Cotillard is rumoured to be playing the part of the villain’s estranged daughter, Talia al Ghul (under the guise of Miranda Tate, Bruce Wayne's ally).
Yesterday, the first photo emerged of what could be the new Batsuit in The Dark Knight Rises.
The snap came from the Licensing International Expo showing a more greyer version of the suit used in The Dark Knight.
Christian Bale will be reprising his role as Batman and will star alongside Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, Juno Temple and Matthew Modine.
The Dark Knight Rises will be released in cinemas on July 20, 2012.

ofcourse i would have liked the teaser to reveal a bit more info but nonetheless its gonna be one sick movie and cant wait to read more spoilers about it!
