    some of these I can confirm first hand. Echinacea, for example. I take it every time I start to feel sick and ppl can't believe how seldom I get sick.

    ain't it bugged out how many useful applications these herbs have and how few of them are common knowledge? ask your Dr about more than 10 of these and see what he knows off the top.

    i would like to also add Lions Turtle Head and Orange Jewel Weed, just a couple that grow around here. Orange jewel weed is great as a poultice for burns, and Lions turtle head is great poultice for scrapes/bruises.

    Ashwagandha helps with stress, but u would have to take it for a few days before u can see an effect. what would u recommend for insomnia??

    ATMA is Underrated however to answer your question theirs really a number of things you can take for insomnia:


    Chamomile(you can theirs shops where you can purchase it as a tea)
    Lavender(try getting this in a liquid form)
    Kava kava
    St. John's Wort
    Passion Flower
    Valerian

    some people use melatonin as well

    good thread. looks like a DOOM tracklist lol

    anyways, i have tried a few of these for their specific results, some help then others. although i still think that a belief in there use and outcomes, results in higher quality effects from the herbs. to take em just cause, might not help anything.

    about insomnia, a good strain of indica should put you under

    about insomnia, a good strain of indica should put you under
    peace bronze, it seems like weed is the only thing working for me right now. will give that strain a try!
