any of u guys around from this time? The DSC was the shit. Wu-tang.com just opened and they completely cloned The DSC back then. This guy SEAN D (webmaster of THE DSC) was gonna put a lawsuit on wu-tang.com or some shit for stealing his content but instead he got a shotout on it and he had a phone interview with Tony Touch. I was 13 years old man and i look back to those days as some of the greatest in my life. I got a lot of respect for the Wu and love. Hip Hop in its purest form. Wu-Tang Forever just had come out. Bobby Digital came to life. Internet hip-hop and AOL 3.0 was the shit back then. Anyone from this era of Internet Hip Hop? U-WU was sent out every week or month or some shit. The Pick, The Sickel, and The Shovel came out in Europe 3 months before it did in the US. Tape trading was big as hell also. I had some tight ass WU Freestyles. I also got a copy of THE SOURCE with the Burgundy WU Symbol on it. Rage and Wu-tang went on Tour together also had Tickets but RZA got down with Zack De La Rocha or some shit.

It Was pretty tight back then man THE DSC had like 20,000 visitors a day and i actually won a SNIPPET TAPE of the Sunz OF Man Album on some Random drawing out of 20,000. I also got these tight ass AIR Fresheners from TYRONE at RED ANT Entertainment. Definate highlight for a kid who loves music growing up. I'm 21 and am spending the last 2 years rehabiliting off of drugs this WUTANGCORP is nice and i just wanna say much love to all you fuckers on this site. MUCH LOVE

The DSC was a great site, but I remember Morgoth's Wu-Tang page. That had to be the best Wu-Tang site online back in the 1990's. Back then a 30 second quicktime clip, or a really crappy quality VIVO file, was the best you could do...and you had to get videos and MP3s in AOL server rooms. Just thinking about it makes me realize how much not only Wu-Tang has changed and grown, but how much technology has changed in such a short time.

LOL MORGOTHS SITE WAS GARBAGE. HOWSER, SEAN D had the tightest sites. You're right but REAL AUDIO streaming was the main thing before MP3s and any good site had nice RA on it. Morgoth's site sucked. I had a site that was short lived it was pretty tight tho. Much better than MORGOTH. It's funny cause my cousin who used to live with me used to crack jokes about MORGOTH LOL. What a coincidence.

Morgoth's site might have sucked...I don't remember it all too well. I just remember getting all of my video files from Morgoth's site. The thing that amazes me is back then, I thought the internet couldn't get any better. Now I look at websites with freaking videos, audio, and animated pictures all over the goddamn site. Shit is fuckin incredible in comparison to what it used to be like.

Oh yeah, Howser site was the one to go to back in the day. I didn't really start looking up Wu shit on the internet until around 99 and after hearing all the RA files and whatnot on there I realized what I had missed out on. I remember Howser was one of the first to leak Remedy and the only one who had access to Cilvaringz back when he first popped up. I remember after he took the site down he put up a notice about how swol he was that RZA didn't put him on officially to do a Wu site. But I also really liked Wutangworld, they used to have a new Wu track a day on there. I still have some tracks from off that site I haven't been able to find since the site went down. My fav so far is The Writer by 9th Prince. I can't seem to find that track without all the website shotouts on it. Anyone know where I can get it or have it?
