dude i got so much LSD in my system from 1998 alone, that everytime i crack my back, my vision flip flops like a photo negative.

but most of Starlust was created sober as fuck.

as a matter of fact i think i only smoked weed before writing 2 trax.

now-a-days i set an intention like "i'm bout to write a dope rhyme. when i wake up i will listen to a beat and the lyrics will instantly come to me" right before i go to sleep.

then i slept with UFO and esoteric documentaries playing in my headphones.

i'd wake up do my qi gong to get the chi flowing.....

and what you hear is the result.

album is good, its got a solid cohesive concept to it which is one of the strongest parts. a lot of the time with concept albums things can get bogged down, go astray and never return. but this holds to its form and stays bouncin but focused.

ill come back with a better review in a bit, but a solid effort with this. the mastered version will come off much better imo.

Spaceship is right close but as i writing this im on track 7 but i couldnt wait to come let you know the shit is on point real talk i feel the love in the music.

The feedback so far now - track 1 Kenesis needs some work on the voice it just sounds a lil flat and the little tick tick needs to be replaced with something better - my two cents. The hook is tite though nothing to change but the verses loudness/modulation.

I'll get back on the rest next couple days.

All in all Im looking forward to finish listening because this shit is dope i can relate to yo shit brah =)

i decided to write my review of this when i hear the mastered edition. i dont think it would be fair to critique product not in its purest form. like judging a video game of the beta release.

although i will say this, the album has some strong points. its definitely has an early Outkast feel but with a Kool Keith type twist on it. its a dope album to put on and zone out while doing other shit imo. like the other day i bumped it when cleaning. the beats allow for this and the lyrics are entertaining still that you dont brush em aside.

the strongest point is the concept of the album and how it flows. original and each track is part of a storyline. my only suggestions in this write up, would be to shorten the album by 3-5 tracks. it might be easier to portray the overall concept and keep the story movin along smoothly
