Seattle Cop unloads kills deaf woodcarver with 4 to the chest (VIDEO)
from the start to 1m20s is when it takes place. 50 yr old half deaf man crosses the street with his 3inch knife (legal in seattle), hes a woodcarver, cops jumps out the car with his gun un holstered, within 10 seconds has unloading 4 bullets to the mans chest, point blank.

some interesting points to come out since:
the other reports ive read say the bullets hit him in his side. that backs up the theory he didnt even know he was being confronted and was still just strolling along. he was half deaf and listening to music through headphones. the female witness is also heard to say something along the lines of "what are you doing he didnt do anything". you also have to wonder, when the bullets were fired from 10 feet away, how much danger could he have been in even if the victim had turned around.
He murdered him right there in public. Who the fuck does he think he is, Judge Jury and Executioner all in one? Throw that asshole in jail forever, take everything he owns and give it to that mans family. The girl on the street there should sue the shit out of the PD for the trauma of seeing the whole thing. Who the fuck gives these gun toting idiots their psych evaluations? They should definitely be fired.no surprise this psycho just got back from Iraq.A couple interesting facts that have been on the local Seattle news.. The gun this guy had was found on the ground near his body in the CLOSED position. The woodcarver was a fixture in that part of Seattle, everyone knew him and he had a good history in town. That cop that shot him had JUST come back from Iraq, like 3 weeks earlier or so. Clearly he got no training or time to decompress.
does he carve wood while walking around? why would somebody be walking around with an unconcealed knife in the middle of the day if they weren't up to no good
