love, love, love this tape (no homo)

if yall thought 7th was dope before.......... this tape is impossibly dope. basslines are booming but smooth and never takeover other sounds. sample chops are on point, always had a dope sample game, but the chops and layers on these beats are next level material, in headphones you hear all kinds of subtle efx to keep the sample bouncin.

the variation in the soundscapes is dope, some reminisce type joints (RIP Fallen Soldiers) to the classic choke slam music (Revenge Slap) to straight hip hop (street corners at dawn).

then there is the obvious, which is the drums. as pointed out by many 7th is that dude when it comes to the drum game. if you want BOOM BAP that leaves you thinkin you have a concussion, enter the mantis chamber. yet i remember a time when the drums werent as potent as they are today.

so overall, this tape showed me a lot of elevation and taking that knowledge and encompassing it all into one tape. big ups to my man 7th for this one, and im lookin out for more. MP/SP combo is a suited fit for ya

What up 7th seems like its been a mintue since I heard something new from you. Tape is dope. The switches in style from one beat to another really show the versatility. Session at the Gardens got to be my fav on the tape. Dope texture to all the beats ruff and gritty and as usual the drums got that natural swing to em. Looking forward to the next chapter.
