the west is most balanced cause in the east lower half 3 top mc's get eliminated before the semis lol .... so it looks like an undedog from the upper east can have a chance at the finals , while the west is spread out very nicely.

i think EVERY vote should be counted.. not just the participants votes... reason being.. the participants have the power of voting in a way that would favor themselves.. not saying that anyone would or is doing that.. but theres no shortage of haters when it comes to battling on the internet, so i wouldn't be suprised by any means.. also, not counting a non-participants vote may discourage them from posting any feeds at all...and nobody wants that. Besides, someone thats not involved in the tournament is more likely to give a straight vote.. keep in mind, this is still the first round.. theres guaranteed to be some pissed off mufuckaz the further this tournament goes.. and when it comes to that point you can bet on some fools resentment being a weighing factor in the way they vote.

I got an idea of maybe trying to appoint some judges by the time we get down to the final four, maybe sooner. The problem w/ doing it open to everyone for voting is the same thing as ur reasons for doing it though. I mean if it's a close battle between you and another mc, and say Spoken comes and post a vote for you, it'll easily change into some stupid-ass bickering about either hating or crew votes. I mean that shit happened when Locust posted a vote on ur current battle and his shit didn't even count. I was lookin to take those arguments out of the mix when I set up the current rules. Another problem you run into is quality control. How does someone judge ur wordplay when either they don't even see or see it but don't understand it? I question the worthiness of some people oppinions when I get low scores in areas I know I shined, namely wordplay and creativity. I felt that their was enough talent directly involved for the opinions to hold weight. If I do appoint some official judges, I'm gonna try to find them in the temple of darts section and even then you run into problems of knowing if they truly understand what battles are supposed to be about. No matter what system of voting you use there's gonna be imperfections. If voting is opened to the public and it remains mandatory what do you think the right number is to decide a winner? Or would you rather see appointed judges? I'd like to hear some feedback from all parties involved. peace

why would you not vote against him
he could be tough competion for you...
why not try to eliminate him ...
