Default How to sample a song?

I'm really new to this, I just started messing around in FL Studio 9 yesterday. So to figure out how everything works, I tried to recreate the beat of Diary Of A Madman by Gravediggaz. It's going kind of good, but I need to get those samples in the song. I downloaded the original songs (some old Johnny Mathis records) and am trying to get that haunting moan, but the guy is talking over it:

How do I separate the moan from his voice in the beginning? I tried messing with the noise gate but that didn't give me anything good. Help?

Don't bother with voice separation, two songs were used for that beat.

It's pretty clear what parts he took. ^

But how did they get only the girl's haunting moan and get rid of the guy talking over it?

Click on that link I posted and everything should be clear. He took the beginning of that one song pitched it up a little and looped it, then he took the intro of the other one and used it for the chorus.

@stay gold: When you say re-create, did you mean you want to take each instrument heard in the original sample, track and separately manipulate it in your DAW? If so you can most likely re-create something close if you take the right plug-ins, audio processors and sounds from sample libraries, or if you know some musicians see if you can replay the part of the original Iglesias song without the singing.
