Pandemic beat me to everything I was gonna say. These movies are an example of a great idea poorly executed. They couldn't figure out how to end the thing, so they just didn't. The Wachowski brothers are mediocre writers at best.

Third was entertaining because of the battle scenes but it didn't struck me or spark any thoughts as the first part did.
