Rugged needs to release more material if he wants to be considered the best at anything. I watched an interview with him the other day in which he said he was already signed when he hung out with Big in the early 90's. No idea why he hasn't released more than one actual album. Thought that one was kindda average but showed potential.

He can't be measured by any classic material he has because imo, he has alot of great tracks but none of them amazing like.

But on skills, this guy has a crazy flow, breath control, lyrics and subject matter. Anything you'd want from a true emcee.
