It's actually an album by Serengeti, one of my favourite rappers ever, and Hi-Fidel. They release wacky albums full of bizarre characters every year or so, and Serengeti has a side project with an IDM producer called Polyphonic too. Still, good music is good music.
Serengeti is fucking incredible. He has about 5 or 6 characters with really well structured histories. There's Dave, who gets into lots of strife on the Friday Night and Saturday Night albums. Lee is a laundromat owner who's into Beastiality, while Kenny is probably the best one - a middle aged married Chicagoan who makes songs about his favourite actor (Dennehy) and was in Tha Grimm Teachaz in his youth. There's also Derek, the emo drug dealer.
I can't recommend his music enough - some of it might be a bit weird and might not for everyone but he's got enough styles that you don't really have to worry. Here are some more vids.
